” It was over a year ago when we decided to be married in Old Quebec City and have an intimate wedding at the beautiful castle of Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac. Because we live in Miami, Florida, thousands of miles away from Quebec City, we needed to find a reliable, trustworthy, and dedicated wedding planner that was willing to be our wedding advocate. We needed to find someone who would communicate our wishes to vendors and help us create our dream wedding. Well, you can imagine our excitement and relief the moment we realized that we had found the very person whom we could trust, Isabelle Radford.
Isabelle is an outstanding wedding specialist. She planned our destination wedding at Le Chateau Frontenac for May 16th, 2014. She has excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French. As such, she translated our thoughts and ideas to each vendor with perfection. We spent almost a year communicating via email and occasionally by phone conferences discussing every detail of our vision and combining them with her creative ideas. Isabelle has such an immense amount of patience and kindness, for instance, I never felt rushed or ignored by her. In fact, she made me feel like I was the only bride. Isabelle also anticipated and provided options for all possible outcomes such as inclement weather and substitutes for particular flowers that were out of season. Whenever any issue had arisen, she demonstrated excellent problem solving skills and always maintained a calm and friendly professional demeanor. For example, at the last minute our ceremonial site had to be changed to plan B due to sudden inclement weather. She quickly responded by having all the wedding furniture and decors transported to the castle. Although there were unexpected changes, Isabelle was still able to decorate the Petit Frontenac salon beautifully, with every detail accounted for. All this was orchestrated and well-managed by Isabelle, while I stayed completely stress-free in my suite.
Isabelle is passionate about her work and was truly dedicated in making our dream wedding a reality. She provided guidance and reassured us that our wedding would be nothing short of perfect. Isabelle’s attention to detail is astounding! Her professionalism and passion for wedding planning is unparalleled. She was creative and mindful of our every request. She even helped us select our food and beverage menu; pairing great wines with each food course, creating unique cocktails, and combining delicious, unique flavors for our wedding cake. She made our intimate wedding feel like royalty. Isabelle’s coordination with Le Chateau Frontenac’s staff made our entire experience worthwhile as both her and the hotel’s services felt unified at all times for us and our guests.
The entire wedding planning experience with Isabelle was surreal. I will never forget how many times Isabelle made us smile thousands of miles away. Every single phone call, every email, up to the moment she picked us up at the airport when we finally met in person on the 14th of May was amazing. We consider Isabelle a new friend of the family who made an impossible dream a real life experience that my family and I will never forget. I write this with joyful tears because I know I am so lucky to have met such a wonderful person. Thank you Isabelle for helping us make our beautiful wedding dream come true!
