Isabelle Radford created an unforgettable three day event for my daughter’s wedding in magical Quebec City. Isabelle guided us to all the best vendors for decor, flowers, music, photography, food and make-up. The vendors she suggested were all extremely creative and each one was dedicated to their art. They were all delightful to work with and Isabelle was with us every step of the way making the entire process completely effortless. Isabelle created the elegant, unique, breathtaking winter wonderland wedding my daughter had always dreamed of.

“Hello Isabelle. First, Ginny and I would like to wish you a year filled with joy, love and much success as a «wedding planner. » We wish to thank you for the excellent work you have done to make our day such a special event for us. The terrace Pierre Dugua de Mons, a true surprise for many of our guests, was the perfect ceremony location for us. Ginny, myself and our families love Quebec City, it was very important for us to gather at this special destination to confirm our love for each other. It was very emotional for me because it was a dream to get married in Quebec and it was even more wonderful than anticipated. It will remain etched in our memories for the rest of our lives. All guests loved the trio that you suggested. One of the best moment was seeing some of guests join the trio to sing along and especially to see my father (who suffers from Alzheimer’s) dance during the cocktail and in the evening. Today, my father no longer remembers but on the day of our wedding, he was happy and that’s what matters to me. The DJ has done a tremendous job even as we only started dancing at 10:30 p.m. His perfect bilingualism allowed him to entertain everyone and encourage them to the dance floor. I am visiting my mother to whom I showed the pictures of the wedding, she told me how she loved this day. We all loved the pictures that Jonathan has taken. Our wedding day was perfect thanks to Isabelle’s hard work. Having Isabelle to recommend and coordinate the vendors, restaurants and an itinerary for a Quebec City wedding was a huge help since this was a destination wedding for us. Isabelle was very attentive, corresponded with me regularly during the year before the wedding and always answered my numerous questions in detail.

One example of her dedication is that we had an outdoor wedding and Isabelle stayed for our ceremony to stop people from coming too close or disrupting the ceremony. This was extremely valuable as we saw afterward how often she redirected people in our video, because in the moment we didn’t notice any of it. Because she was there to see it all through, we had the opportunity to just enjoy the moment.

Even though we did not meet you in person before the wedding due to the distance, your many interventions at specific times and your obvious attention to details quickly made us feel in great hands and allowed us to enjoy the process while being at ease. The result was magical.

You perfectly combined and arranged the various key elements such as the service, wonderful menu selection along with the desired decor ambiance that was enjoyed by all guests. The garden area and reception hall decor and design were magical. They far exceeded our expectations, it was breathtaking! Your interventions with the reception venue management provided us with an excellent service. The entire evening was absolutely impeccable. Your choice of photographer was equally off- pair; we loved how she masterfully managed a “festive” crowd and ultimately seized vivid and touching memories for us. The quality of the photography totally captured the wonder and magic of our evening. The accordionist that you recommended for the cocktail hour in the garden was perfect as he did set the tone and ambiance for the rest of the evening. We can say the same for DJ Keith, he carried through our magical evening with class and warmth.

In short, we and our loved ones were amazed, your support has been exceptional.
